Most of the Hungarian companies unfortunately do not have such capital assets, to be able to develop without credit.<\/p>\n<p>But the banks do not lend money as friends, but they bind the disbursement with hard conditions. The collateral securities are mostly the real estates of the company, but the equipment falls also into that category.Every manager takes a great risk, when the company takes a credit.Unexpected events can occur unfortunately as well. The companies are mostly not prepared for this. They cannot imagine, that any problem can arise with the manager, who takes the credit. Mostly even the manager cannot imagine that about himself.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone can be prepared for those unexpected events. This happens the way, that the manager\u2019s family does not suffer any financial disadvantage.
