Many of them started to venture in the early 1990s years. They have been working hard nearly for 20 years day by day.<\/p>\n<p>If look at the staff of the companies, we can state, that only the founder and a few person is stationary, but the majority of the staff keeps changing. This process can hardly be endured. Somebody gets the hang of his work, and just then when he could be more chargeable, the employee will be found by a headhunter agency, because the competitor is searching for an employee of the same caliber, and the hopeful colleague leaves. That often consumes the CEO\u2019s energy. The CEO wants to keep the employees, but he does not know, what kind of instrument he could have in his hands. Therefore we elaborated the Financial Loyalty Program, which gives a serious chance for the CEO to retain the best employees.
